Katy is a successful international freelance fashion stylist living in London and working for a wide range of corporate and private clients. Formerly Fashion Editor of DIVA magazine and Conde Nast, Katy began working life in the fashion departments of some of the world’s leading magazines; Instyle, Cosmopolitan, SHE, Zest and Grazia before moving on to more senior positions at Vogue, Tatler and GQ Style.
Since commencing her freelance career, Katy’s projects have stretched from fashion to film and a client list that includes Hugo Boss, DKNY, Escada, Sotheby’s Diamonds, Adidas, The Elle Style Awards, BBC, Jaguar and the Victoria & Albert Museum.

The arms not in the sleeves sorta took me by surprise in the beginning, but now I just love this look. Katy, how long do you think Paula’s natural hair is? I don’t even know if it’s possible to tell, but I’d be curious to know.
Hi Nea, Hope all is good? I’m loving Paula’s hair at the moment too- this length really suits her face shape and is really sexy. I’d say her hair is probably just above her shoulders naturally and she has had human hair extensions put it for volume as well as length. Extensions always look better on women who have dark hair rather than blonde because it’s easier to get a better match and look more like their own hair. Sometimes blonde extensions can look cheap but Paula’s look really good as she’s got a chocolate colour going on. It also helps to have a wave or curl in them to match in with the real hair.

I do Nea! I loved the colour it was really glossy and a deep chocolate colour :) I’m lovin her length now though – in general I’m a big fan of long, long hair. I’m excited to see what she wears on the live shows – so far she’s looking fabulous!
